This agreement is between LOVR Agency Pty Ltd (LOVR) and Alliance Wellness Group (the Client) for the project known as New Club Digital Brochure.
A sixteen page digital sales brochure
LOVR will design and write a sixteen page digital sales brochure for the presale of the new club, built to be presented by membership consultants on screen shares and in person, comprising: the club story, the offering, membership tiers, renders and fitout, and precinct and location, supplied as a digital PDF, as set out in the LOVR proposal.

Two instalments of 50 percent
- Instalment 1. $1,100 plus GST ($1,210), payable prior to commencement of the project.
- Instalment 2. $1,100 plus GST ($1,210), payable on approval of the final brochure, prior to release of the final files.
Two rounds of revisions are included.
This scope includes two rounds of revisions. Further revisions, changes or additions beyond these are billed at $280 per hour plus GST, quoted and approved before the work is commenced.
Work commences on receipt of the first payment. The onboarding instalment is not refundable once the project has commenced.
Work pauses while any invoice is overdue and resumes on payment. Delivery dates move with the pause.
Final deliverables are released on receipt of the final payment. Ownership of the final approved work transfers to the Client on receipt of full payment. LOVR retains the right to display the completed work in its portfolio and marketing.
Renders, detail and brand assets
The Client will supply renders, floorplans, fitout imagery, facility and membership detail, and brand assets for the new club, cleared for use in the brochure. The delivery timeline begins once this material is received.
What the fee excludes
The fee excludes costs related to any third party services such as printing and production. If required, LOVR will connect the Client with preferred vendors to obtain competitive quotations for approval and management by the Client.
Feedback and approvals
The Client will provide timely feedback and approvals at each stage. Work beyond the scope in section 01 will be quoted separately before it is commenced.
Ending the engagement
Either party may end the engagement in writing. Work completed up to the date of termination is payable, and the first instalment is not refundable once the project has commenced.
Acceptance
Signing below confirms acceptance of this agreement on behalf of the Client. A copy of the signed acceptance is sent to LOVR automatically.
